Two solutions are prepared by diluting a water-soluble cutting fluid available on the market to the same concentration and one was stirred with a stick and the other by using the AUTO MIX EJECTOR, and the particle sizes are compared by the microscopic photos.
【Test conditions】
● Undiluted solution --- Nisseki Unisoluble HD-M
● Diluted concentration --- 2%
● Magnification of photos --- 200x
The particle size is not uniform and density is low.
The particle size is fine and density is high.

The solution A stirred by the stick has discolored and become brown and the undiluted solution is separated .
The solution B stirred by the AUTO MIX EJECTOR shows no change from the condition it was in immediately after being diluted.
